What impressed and made me join Femmeflex is their use of a smart weighing machine that provides detailed body composition insights such as bone mass, visceral fat %, subcutaneous fat %, muscle mass, protein mass, and more. Along with this, they also track traditional BMI and key body measurements (arms, core, thighs, shoulders, calves, etc.), giving a complete picture of progress. The gym equipment is pneumatic(using compressed air) instead of weight-based which is excellent for seniors, beginners, or anyone focusing on safe and controlled muscle building. The equipment is sanitized after each use, which ensures a clean and safe workout environment. The trainers are very helpful and dedicated—they pay close attention to posture and breathing, making sure exercises are performed correctly. Femmeflex also has an in-house nutritionist who helps design customized diet plans to complement workouts.
